Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 business days after delivery. Items must be unused, with original packaging intact.
Custom engraved jewelry and clearance sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item has manufacturing quality defects.
Once we receive and inspect returned goods, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment account.
