All our jewelry is crafted from S925 sterling silver, matched with natural baroque pearls, lapis lazuli, tiger eye stones and handmade Nepalese glass beads. All metal accessories are nickel-free and lead-free, safe for daily wear.

2. How long is order processing and shipping?
Processing time: 5–14 business days
International shipping time: 2–5 business days
Total delivery cycle: 7–14 business days

3. What is your return & refund rule?
Unworn, undamaged goods with original packaging can be returned within 14 business days after receiving your parcel. We offer full refund for defective items; buyers bear shipping fees for non-quality returns.
Refund will be issued within 7–14 business days after we receive returned goods.

4. How to maintain S925 silver jewelry?
Store jewelry in sealed dry bags to prevent oxidation. Wipe with silver polishing cloth after wearing. Avoid long-term contact with perfume, shower water and sweat.

5. Do you provide worldwide shipping?
Yes, we deliver to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, EU and most global regions.

6. Warranty for manufacturing defects
